Registration for NEC’09 is a 2 STEP PROCESS

Attendee registration fees are LOWER than they were last year.
Registration fees for ATTENDEES are per day and include breakfast, lunch, breaks and access to the Trade Exposition.
"Presentations" includes the Regulatory Roundup and interactive sessions such as the hands-on exhibitor/attendee site plan workshop and the open forum.
The fees for full day Classes/certification Reviews includes the cost of the class workbook.
Information about the different fee categories (gov/student, member, other) is provided below.
The standard registration rate will apply from October 7st until October 21st, which is our deadline to provide a head count to the venue. The rate to register after that deadline is the same as the walk-in rate, but we strongly encourage online submittal even at the 11th hour so that the registration elves preparing name tags, folders, etc., will get your information in advance of the event.
NOTE: the NEC'09 Registration Form will reflect the registration rates that are currently in effect.

Certification EXAMS
You must be PRE-APPROVED by EnviroCert International, Inc., to sit for a certification exam. If you have already submitted your application to EnviroCert, you must still register with the NEC to take the exam at our conference.
If you have not already submitted an application to EnviroCert, you will need to look for another date and location to take the exam. For more information, including other upcoming Exam dates, please go to www.envirocertintl.org and click on the logo for the appropriate certification program.

Any four people who know each other in any way can take advantage of this offer. Three people register and pay; the fourth person registers and enters the last names of the three paying attendees in the indicated field. Note: the freebie must be the person who would register at the lowest rate.
FEE CATEGORIES:
The MEMBER rate will apply to members in good standing of any chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) or Soil & Water Conservation Society (SWCS) only. Note: you must specify which organization and CHAPTER in the indicated field.
The GOV / STUDENT rate will apply to employees at all levels of government and to attendees of all ages who are currently enrolled as full-time students. Note: students must specify which school in the indicated field.
The OTHER rate is nearly 25% lower than what we charged non-member attendees last year. The NEC Board of Directors voted to lower the registration fees as a nod to the tough economic times. For comparison, these were the NEC’08 rates:

NEC’09 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
(Exhibitors: please use he NEC'09 EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM posted on the Exhibitors page.)
NEC'09 registration is a 2 STEP PROCESS: ONLINE submittal of your attendance choices followed by payment via MAIL or FAX. This way, your attendance choices are accessible while your payment is being processed.
1) Complete the Online Registration Form, tabbing down until you see the “PRINT” icon below the “SUBMIT” button. Any field marked with an asterisk* is REQUIRED information.
* * * If you want to print a copy of the Registration Form, you must click on the PRINT icon BEFORE you click on the SUBMIT button. * * *
2) Review your entries and then click on SUBMIT – this will automatically open up a CONFIRMATION MESSAGE with a link to the NEC'09 Payment Form; you will also receive an e-mail confirming your online submittal. If you do not get a confirmation message upon clicking Submit, scroll back up through the form and look for red text indicating that required information has not been provided.
If you want to register more than one person and make a combined payment, click on the “back to form” link located at the top of the Payment Form page.
3) Fill out the NEC’09 Payment Form.
4) Print and MAIL the Payment Form, along with your check if applicable, to the indicated address. Credit Card users may fax their form. Final confirmation of your registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.

we ask that you use the Payment Form so that the information you provide will be complete and legible, but you may print the blank form and fill it out off the computer if you prefer.
