NEC'09 VENUE AND LOCATION INFORMATION
The Northeast Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association will hold its 2009 Conference & Trade Show at the Hilton Hartford Hotel, conveniently located at the intersection of I-84 and I-91 in Hartford, Connecticut.
COMPLIMENTARY PARKING will be provided in the Hilton's section [ONLY] of the underground parking garage off of Church Street. Turn RIGHT into the Hilton's section of the Parking Garage BEFORE taking your parking garage ticket; the Front Desk will validate your ticket.
The Hilton is offering a special rate on overnight guest rooms for all registered attendees and exhibitors: $112/ night + tax for a double occupancy room - that's the government per diem rate for this area, made available to all. This special rate will be available for the entire week - check in Saturday Oct 24th through check out Saturday Oct 31st.
The conference rate will be SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY after September 26th.
Registrants will be provided with instructions for requesting a room at the conference rate via e-mail upon submittal of the NEC'09 Registration Form or NEC'09 Exhibitor Registration Form.
